Have you ever felt like your intelligence gets lost in translation?

Maybe you know what you want to say, but the words don’t come fast enough. Maybe you’re fluent in ideas, but not always in English.

That’s where Deeptrue becomes more than just a translator. It becomes your real-time communication copilot.

1. Start a Meeting as Usual

Start a session by launching Deeptrue and selecting your languages. Once the conversation begins, Smart Suggestion becomes available.

2. Click a Smart Suggestion Template

Check below the text input bar, and you’ll see Auto along with templates like “Question” and “Continue.”

During the conversation, try a template:

• Question creates a context-aware question.
• Continue suggests a natural next line.
• Suggestion offers a helpful idea or recommendation.
• Summary gives a brief recap of what was just said.

3. Why Context Matters

Try clicking ✨ Auto.

If there isn’t much conversation yet, or if it’s your first time trying it, the suggestions might feel random.

Smart Suggestion listens to both your words and the other speaker’s, builds a running understanding of the conversation, and tries to predict your next message.

That’s why context is everything. The more Deeptrue understands who you are and what the meeting is about, the better your replies get.

4. Add Instructions to Make It Yours

To use the Smart Suggestions feature, click ✨Add Context from the toolbar.

Select the Instruction menu and write an instruction that fits your role and situation.

For example:

I'm in a sales call with a technical manager. My goal is to understand their needs and introduce our product. Suggest insightful questions about their challenges and how to position our solution.

Now try clicking the ❓ Question button or one of your custom templates again.

You’ll get a new reply that reflects your tone, role, and situation more accurately.

5. 🗣️ Say It in Your Own Voice

Once the reply is generated, simply read the suggested sentence and say it in your own voice.

It’s a helpful reference, like having a native-speaking copilot whispering the perfect line to you.

It’s perfect when:

• You need a quick, professional answer
• You’re not fluent in the meeting language
• You want to avoid awkward pauses

💡Tip: Upload Files for Smarter Suggestions

Need to include a company profile or research paper? Just upload it.

Click the ✨Add Context and select the 📎 Files menu to upload files like presentations or documents.

Deeptrue will use them to generate more accurate and context-aware replies.
