Most users can start Interpreter Mode without any issues.
So far, no installation problems have been reported on macOS.
However, on Windows (10 or higher), some users may experience issues with the virtual audio driver installation.
If that happens, please follow the steps below.
🪄 Step 1: Manually Install VB-CABLE (Windows only)
If the virtual audio setup fails, install VB-CABLE manually:
- Go to the official website: https://vb-audio.com/Cable/
- Click Download to get the ZIP file.
- Extract the ZIP file.
- Most users should run VBCABLE_Setup_x64.exe (for 64-bit Windows).
- Only a very small number of users on older 32-bit systems should run VBCABLE_Setup.exe instead.
- Allow the installation when asked, then click “Install Driver.”
- Once installation is complete, restart Deeptrue and try Interpreter Mode again.

VB-CABLE is a trusted virtual audio driver used by many professional applications.
🧩 Step 2: If Installation Fails
If you see an error message or the driver doesn’t appear after installation:
- Make sure you’re using Windows 10 or higher.
- Try installing again as an administrator (right-click → Run as administrator).
- If you’re using a work or school computer, your organization may restrict driver installations.
In that case, please contact your IT administrator to allow VB-CABLE installation.
